• Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed the next day, provided the product is in stock.

• Manufacturing Defects: Issues related to fabric, stitching, or accessories caused by production are covered under warranty.
• Inspection Process: Once the product is returned to us, it will be inspected by our expert team, and we will respond to you within 10 business days.
• Exchange or Return: If a manufacturing defect is identified, your product will be exchanged or refunded at no additional cost.
• Exclusions: Damage caused by improper use, user error, or failure to follow washing instructions is not covered under warranty.
